Feed My Starving Children- Change the World

For my change the world project my mom and I went to Feed My Starving Children (FMSC). At FMSC volunteers go and package food for hungry people all over the world. When I went, they were taking a week off packaging their normal food to package a different recipe. This recipe helped children that were really sick and having bad diarrhea. We had to take the potato powder and put it in bags, seal them, and pack them in boxes. During my session we packed 66 boxes which is 39,600 servings and would cost $8,712. I felt really good participating in this and was very glad to be able to help so many people that needed it.
